All over Europe people are enjoying their long Easter weekend holidays. And I am too! So here are a few Easter-related recipes from last year, in case you missed them…
My very favorite way to use up leftover chocolate easter bunnies (or any chocolate!) – Easter Bunny Blondies
Make a ginger glazed ham then use the leftovers in split pea and ham soup.
It might be a little late, but you can color easter eggs naturally using vegetable dyes – see the first attempt here, and the gorgeous results coloring eggs with onion skins!
